Remaining Balance

If there is a remaining balance:

* We will notify you before charging it.
* You will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel before final payment is processed.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States or Canada.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, supply shortages, or transportation interruptions.

9. Governing Law

For U.S. customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is registered.

For Canadian customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which our company is registered and applicable Canadian federal law.

Consumer protection rights in your state or province remain applicable.
